Wally Fullerton Smith

A Queensland and Australian representative second-rower during the 1980s who came to St George in 1987. Played four Tests in 1988, three against Great Britain and one versus Papua New Guinea, wore the green and gold in an international against the Rest of the World, and played all three games for the Queensland team that swept that year’s Origin series. His final Origin appearance came in the opening match of 1990. Last season with St George was 1992, when he appeared in just four matches, three as a replacement, as the club reached the finals for the first time since 1985
