Trent Merrin

Made his initial three first-grade appearances as a teenager in 2009 and established himself as a key part of Wayne Bennett’s premiership winning squad in 2010, playing in 23 games including the Grand Final, most of them off the bench. Debuted for NSW a year later, the first of 13 Origin matches he would play while with the Dragons. Played for Country Origin from 2011 to 2013.
