Joined St George Illawarra from Canberra during the 2013 season and after five games was chosen for NSW for the Game 2 of that year’s Origin series. Won the Brad Fittler Medal as NSW’s best player in the 2015 Origin series, when he was the NSW fullback. Played most of his football with the Dragons at fullback, but also appeared in the centres. After starting his Test career as a winger, played his final 11 Tests in the centres. Not a regular goalkicker but did kick a dramatic late conversion in the Anzac Day match against the Roosters in 2017 to take the game into extra time
