Excellent three-quarter who was already a NSW and Australian representative when he came to St George from Newcastle in 1997. Is unlucky to be remembered for his part in the penalty try that cost the Dragons the 1999 Grand Final. Represented NSW in all three Origin games in his first season at Kogarah and returned to the Blues side for the 2000 and 2001 series, when he was preferred to his clubmate Nathan Blacklock. His best tryscoring year with the Dragons was 1999, when he crossed for 12 tries and was named the DragonsÂ’ player of the year
